Educate the Greater Augusta Region about the area’s history, growth, and progress through the lens of contributions by Jewish individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Support historic preservation by revitalizing two important nineteenth century buildings, one of which is the oldest standing synagogue building in Georgia, and by using these buildings to provide educational and cultural services.
Promote national interest in the Greater Augusta Region, particularly regarding its history and its diverse and resourceful citizenry.
