About the Event

The Augusta Jewish Museum's next free Second Sunday 2 pm program is January 9, 2022, as we partner with the Lucy Craft Laney Museum of Black History. We started pre-pandemic in Feb. 2020 after the Augusta Jr. Players' acclaimed play "Anne and Emmett". Excerpts of the play will be shown to encourage discussion. View the event in person or stream on YouTube. "Anne and Emmett" Synopsis, book resources, and a study guide are HERE.

Moderated by: Professor Avner Even-Zohar, Holocaust Speaker and Eugene White, President Aiken NAACP.

Reception and Tours of the AJM historic buildings follow the program.
